Tai Chi with Chris Blackwell

Join Tai Chi certified person trainer Chris Blackwell in the Concord Branch Opera House every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Chris will teach Cheng Man Ching’s 37 Movement Form focusing on correct body mechanics along with a practical application in daily life.

Mindful Meditation

Join us every 2nd Thursday of the month at the Carnegie Branch as Sarah Place introduces a new way of experiencing the world around us: Mindful Meditation!

This class is an experiential overview of a variety of techniques and tools to engage in mindfulness in a meditative manner. Relax and engage in meditation techniques and activities in each half-hour session that engages mind, body, and spirit. Join us and learn how to manage your world mindfully!
