Ukulele Jam Session

The Jacktown Ukes meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month, and are happy to have others jam with them. If you’re a newbie, we have an extra ukulele on hand. Resources on how to play are provided, but “lessons” are not provided.

Dungeons & Dragons @ Eastern

Create your own character and band together with other stalwart adventurers in a 5th Edition D&D campaign. Battle hordes of creatures. Loot all the gold. Bask in the glory as the bards sing your praises. Courtesy of the Eastern Branch, your Dungeon Master, and your imagination.

Yoga Wednesdays

Feeling stressed? Wound up and worn down? Join us for Yoga at the Carnegie Branch every Wednesday after work (5:30 pm).

Intended for anyone interested in Yoga from newbies to certified Yogis.

Join the Eastern Branch every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. and let Carolyn Showerman show you how to relax, unwind, & take care of your body with the slow & gentle flow of yoga. Bring  your own mat. If you do not have one, a limited number of mats may be available.

Every Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This class is free, but there is a suggested donation of $3.

Video Game Workshops

Play a variety of video games ranging from the 16-bit era to cutting edge VR. You don’t need to bring anything with you except a positive attitude. Bond with fellow gamers and make new friends.

Video games include PS4, Nintendo Switch, SNES Classic, and Oculus Rift.

Twisted Stichers

Bring a skein of yarn and crochet hook and join us for “Twisted Stitches.”  Pick up where you are and visit with other crafters or learn as a beginner. Share patterns and helpful tips.

Sit ‘n’ Stitch

This weekly craft group meets every Friday at 12:30-4 p.m. If you knit, crochet, embroider or weave, this group welcomes you to stop in and sit ‘n stitch with them!  They are self-directed, have a great sense of humor and are open to all adults.
