The Youth Services room, located on the second floor of the Carnegie Library, offers numerous development opportunities.

Provides fun creative play activities to help children develop their pre-reading skills. This room includes two touch screen AWE computers with games on them.

Youth collections include books, magazines, audio books, computer games, and music in the children’s room and movies and video games in the Media Room.

Leveled Readers – book kits that have several books at the same reading level for beginning readers and a mentor sheet for the parent/caregiver working with the child.

Playaways – devices that have an audiobook on what looks like an MP3 Player that children can plug headphones into to listen to the book.
