Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms can be scheduled for public gatherings of groups whose primary purpose is non-profit, civic, cultural or educational. Please notify the branch if you have to cancel a scheduled meeting.
Carnegie Library
McIntyre Room (Seats 24) – Reserve by calling the Reference desk at (517) 788-4087, ext. 1339 or 1340.
Sergeant Auditorium (Seats 80) – Reserve by calling the Reference desk at (517) 788-4087, ext. 1339 or 1340.

Concord Branch
Auditorium (Seats ) – Reserve by calling the Concord Branch at (517) 905-1379.
Eastern Branch
Knibloe Room (Seats 70) – Reserve by calling the Eastern Branch at (517) 788-4074.
Meijer Branch
Two study rooms available on a first-come, first-serve basis (Each Seats 4) – Reserve by calling Meijer at (517) 788-4480. Also, the Meijer Digital Studio offers space for a wide variety of activities. A community meeting room is also available.
Meeting Room Policy
District Library meeting rooms may be reserved for meetings consistent with the Mission Statement of Jackson District Library. All meetings must be open to the general public. Any group whose use of the meeting room would constitute a violation of Federal or State Constitution would not be allowed to use the room. Dues and/or fees as a requirement may not be charged. Please review our Services Policy for the regulations regarding the use of library meeting rooms by non-library groups.
