Join us at the Carnegie Branch! Mindfulness is a new way to experience the world around us. This class will provide an overview of a variety of techniques and tools to engage in mindfulness in a meditate manner. Join us on the first Thursday of the month from 6-6:30 p.m. Intended for adults.
