Black History 101

The Black History 101 Mobile Museum is an award-winning collection of original artifacts and Black memorabilia dating from the trans-Atlantic slave trade era to hip-hop culture. Among this unique collection are rare artifacts representing categories including slavery, politics, Jim Crow, science, religion, education, music, sports, and civil rights, among others.
You can see this exhibit as part of a partnership between the Jackson Unity Festival, the Jackson NAACP, and the Michigan Theatre.
